New Years Eve Kit featuring Turtle Tootsie Polishes & 77 Nail Lacquer

Hi guys! I have something super exciting for you all today. 2015 is quickly coming to an end..I know, I can't believe it either! Turtle Tootsie Polishes & 77 Nail Lacquer have teamed together to bring you the perfect New Years Eve Mani Kit, let's check it out!

Your mani kit will be inside this adorable sequin bag. Colors to choose from are pink or black. If one shop is out of the color you want, be sure to check the other shop, they may have it in stock!

Inside you will find: 

• 2 mini nail polishes
• Turtle Tootsie's new quick dry shiny top coat (it is indeed quick, and shiny! I used it over 77's)
• 77's new lip balm
• Mini glass nail file of varying colors

The lip balm will come in either Mystery Kiss (pictured above) which has a slight tint to it, or Kissing Fools, which has no tint. Both are flavored strawberry vanilla mint. It is DIVINE, it's so moisturizing! Let's have a look at the polishes, shall we? 

Description: A shimmery navy blue

Application & Formula: Formula is on the thinner side. Very sheer at 1 coat, still patchy in some spots at 2 coats. Will need 3 coats to reach full opacity.

Opacity: 3 coats

Dry time: 10 minutes, if you're adding the glitter topper I would wait at least 20 minutes or you may get those dreaded "polish lines" as I like to call them.

Description: Gold, navy, and blue holo hex/square glitters of varying sizes in a clear base

Application & Formula: No glitter fishing required. Can be worn alone or as a topper. I chose to do 1 coat, and I didn't dab.

Opacity: 1 coat over New Year, New Blue

Dry time: 10 minutes
