Hey everyone! I hope you all had a good weekend. I did a bunch of nothing, and it was glorious! I don't know when the time came that my idea of fun was sitting at home eating junk food and watching Netflix, but I'd rather do that than anything nowadays lol. Today I'm going to share with you a mani I did over the weekend, check it out!

A while back I did a tutorial on reverse stamping (aka stamping decals) and I liked my first attempt but I thought the silver was a bad idea for the stamp. I tried again, this time with black stamping polish from bornprettystore. I do not have many stamping plates to choose from, especially ones that are easily colored in. I really need to get some new plates asap!!
My base color is my personal favorite Orly, Hot Tropics. I used Pueen XL 01 plate, and I colored in with Top Shelf Lacquer Blue Lagoon and Purple Flip Flop. Here's what I came up with:

I think those two colors were probably a bad idea for this decal. It kinda looks like a mish mash of nothing :( I didn't choose good contrasting colors either. I'm going to try again with this same stamp soon, and hopefully choose better colors next time!
